They just keep coming...

I turned my back for a couple of days and these courgettes had turned into marrows! Courgette recipes anyone?

  1. Slice them fairly thinly, chop garlic and parsley (as much as you like!), and arm yourself with tomato puree and olive oil. Heat a pan with lid for a little while, then bung the courgettes in, put the lid on and give them a good shake. Add a splash of oil, a couple of squirts of tom puree and the garlic and give it another vigorous shake. Finally add the parsley and shake again.
