How difficult can it be? I decided to add a drop spindle to my roving order and had visions of producing breath taking yarns with the flick of my wrist. Well, after a frustrating evening of tangles and yet more YouTube demonstrations I'm now giving in.
Perhaps I should have chosen a different day - one when I hadn't taken the children to the dentist and a hen to the vet. I was in a spin before I even began!
