Chair, cushion cover and clutch bag

I acquired two armchairs through our local community currency scheme some time ago. Nana reupholstered one for me but wasn't keen to tackle the other as it's a recliner. When my sister was here recently she did it - and a very good job she did too.

At the Quilting Guild Nana and Hermione recently learned a new technique. It's a great way to use up scraps of material by sort of layering them together. Nana has made a cushion to go on the new chair.

Hermione has made a bag come purse using the same technique. It's still in need of buttons but she's yet to find some she likes.

Beautiful. 3 generations of crafting talent! Does Hermione know what buttons she would like?

No, I don't think she knows - she just knows that she doesn't fancy any we have in the house :-) Typical!
